WHAT IS A YOGA ACTIVITY?
It's a yoga game, a yoga story or a yoga class. Kids learn about yoga and practice yoga through fun and playful activities.
WHO ARE THEY DESIGNED FOR?
For neurodiverse children aged 6-10 years - that is to say neurodivergent AND neurotypical children, especially those living with hypersensitivity, anxiety or a feeling that they are different.
"Neurotypical" is a term used to describe individuals whose neurological development and patterns of thought and behavior align with what society considers typical or expected.
It's often used in contrast to "neurodivergent," which describes individuals whose neurological development differs from what is considered typical, such as those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, and other neuro-differences.
