WHY SUPERYOGIZ EXISTS
Superyogiz was born from a desire to make human sustainability the new standard in international education.
We believe that performance built on exhausted people is not performance. It is a debt that comes due later, in burnout, in turnover, and in children who disengage before they ever reach their potential.
Every pupil deserves a school where they can regulate before they learn.
Every teacher deserves a school where they can teach without burning out.
Every school head deserves a system that carries some of the weight — so they can finally lead with vision instead of absorbing everything alone.
WHAT WE DO & WHO WE SERVE
At Superyogiz, we are on a mission to build schools where every person thrives — not just survives.
We serve Heads of bilingual and international primary schools who are ready to stop being the only shield in the building and start leading the school they always envisioned.
Through the 4S Thriving System — three strands, 15 minutes a day, embedded in what schools already do — we give every pupil, every teacher, and every school head their own tools to regulate, focus, and flourish.

Superyogiz isn't just another wellbeing programme dressed up as something new.
We are the first human sustainability system designed exclusively for bilingual and international primary schools, where the stakes are higher, the expectations are greater, and the school head has been absorbing all of it alone.
While others offer one-off workshops forgotten by week three, we offer a structural daily system that runs with or without the school head in the room.
And unlike anything else on the market — our results are guaranteed, our label is certified from day one, and our methodology was lived before it was ever taught.
FOUNDER STORY
Hi, I'm Touria, the founder of Superyogiz.
From the outside, my path looked like a success story. I was an IT manager, achieving goals that made my family proud. But inside, I was struggling. I had been taught to turn off my emotions — because they were seen as a weakness.
Then, at the age of 17, I started living with dysautonomia, a disorder of the autonomic nervous system that can deeply affect energy and connection to the body. I spent years trying to "keep up" in a world where emotions are not a strengh.
Eventually, that disconnect caught up with me. I lost all sense of who I was. Even the simple joys in life — like dancing, laughing, or the taste of chocolate — faded away.
Seeking meaning, I became a Sustainability Educator in primary schools. That was only the begining.
Then I found yoga. Or maybe yoga found me. What started as a gentle home practice became a powerful path to self-love and rediscovery. Yoga helped me reconnect to my body, my values, and the inner voice I had long silenced. That voice whispered: "You were born to teach children."
So I listened. I became a certified kids yoga teacher, started practising with my own children, and eventually travelled to Rishikesh, India, to deepen my understanding of yoga at its source.
Superyogiz was born.
But something was still missing. So I trained in neuroscience. And then, everything clicked. I could teach how to handle pressure: emotional regulation, nervous system regualtion, focus, and self-confidence. I wanted to bring it back into schools. With Superyogiz.
Inspired by my children and my inner child, I built the 4S Thriving System System for primary schools.

OUR VISION
We dream of a world where every child feels strong, seen, and safe, in their body, their mind, and their heart.
We believe primary school is where the shift happens, because the foundations built in childhood shape
everything that follows, and every tool we bring into a school is a tool a child carries for life.
Our mission is just getting started.
As we grow, we will continue building neuroscience-based, playful content
that honours the diversity of childhood and the power of play,
so that every child has the inner foundation they need to become who they are meant to be.
